Plant-Based Quinoa Flour Pancakes
Tired of feeling guilty of the food you eat? Want to enjoy your favorite foods without feeling bad about it? 
Start with this guilt-free Quinoa Flour Pancake recipe. It is completely plant-based and 100% free of any gluten, animal products, refined sugars, saturated fats and cholesterol. 
These are so delicious you can't believe they are actually healthy for you! 
  • 3/4cup quinoa flour
  • 3/4 cup plant based milk
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp peanut or any nut butter
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of Himalayan salt
  • Mix together plant based milk and tablespoon of apple cider vinegar. Set aside for a few minutes.
  • Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, place quinoa flour, maple syrup, peanut butter, baking soda, cinnamon and himalayan salt.
  • Add in apple cider-milk mixture and whisk until combine. Let it rest for 5-10 minutes. 
  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat, then pour in pancake batter a 1/4 cup at a time. Flip when center begins to bubble and edges are dry, cook on other side.
